- 17 November 2017: Colombian Women Peace Trailblazers visit London
On 24 November 2017 is the first anniversary of the Colombian Peace Accord. The Colombian peace deal is the first in the world to seriously address women rights. Colombian women are visiting the UK to urge the international community to put their political weight behind them and ensure this Peace Accord is fully implemented. Historically, hard-won achievements by women in Peace Accords have failed to be implemented. Download the full Press Release here.

- 5 September 2017: Intrepid Parliamentarians still exist
Three intrepid female parliamentarians from the UK and Ireland visited the Wounaan Nonam Indigenous Peoples in Colombia’s San Juan River. Lady Jean Coussins, Fiona O’Loughlin and Senator Catherine Noone, having heard of the threats, forced displacement and human rights violations against the Wounaan, decided to go and visit this remote, biodiverse region of Colombia to see for themselves.
